Just right clicked and tell open with WinRAR for extracting without renaming

After downloaded files, Put this BAT file into the folder and
"Double Click" you will see that all .htm files become RAR Files

After downloaded file, if you see htm file,

Apply this,

Enter My Document/ Tools/ Folder Options/View/

Remove tick "Hide file extensions for known file types" and OK

Lastly, click your file RIGHT CLICK,RENAME and DELETE .htm

you will be see they become RAR File.
